Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDF patterns are final.

No Refunds: Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Exception: If you experience technical issues with the file itself, please contact us, and we will ensure you receive a working copy.
