1. Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

Due to the intellectual property nature of digital downloads, all sales of PDF knitting patterns are final.

  • No Refunds: Once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.
  • Technical Issues: If you have trouble downloading the file or if the file appears corrupted, please contact us. We will ensure you receive a functional copy of your purchase.
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice in two separate transactions, please contact us within 48 hours with your order numbers for a refund of the duplicate.

2. Physical Products (Books via Amazon KDP)

For physical books purchased through our site via Amazon:

  • Fulfillment: These orders are processed, printed, and shipped by Amazon.
  • Returns & Refunds: Any requests for returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged books must be handled directly through your Amazon account according to Amazon’s return policy. HitsKnits does not have access to Amazon’s shipping or billing systems.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Users)

In accordance with the European Union (Consumer Rights) Regulations:

  • By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to begin the performance of the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has started.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any issues with your order. We are always happy to help. Please note that filing a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may result in the permanent suspension of your account and access to future digital updates.
